At Coral Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase; if you are not, you may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on bottles where the original cellophane seal has been broken.

Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the perfume in its original, unopened designer box and place it inside a sturdy shipping carton with protective padding.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label or ship via a trackable courier service to our central distribution warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the seal is intact, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
